SUBJECTI Discussion with ZIPPER Representatives
1. During November of this year four senior ZIPPER
officials will be visiting Washington as guests of this
Agency. An official briefing and a discussion of intelli-
gence matters similar to those given in October 1951 will
be held.
2. It is requeated that Mr. of your (b)(3)
staff be made available to discuss the ZIPPER stay-behind (b)(3)
program with the German official who until recently headed
the ZIPPER stay...behind effort.

will be given directly to Mr.
