2. Under the provisions of Memorandum No. 53, GIG, 31 July 1947,
and of subparagraph (e) of Section 102, Public Law 253, 80th Congress,
the termination of their employmeit in CIA appears necessary and ad-
visable in the interests of the United States.
3. The Chief, Personnel Branch, A & MI has been informed of the
reference of these employees to your Board, and the necessary admini-
strative action has been requested.
4. Request this office be furnished with an extract of the final
action taken on each case by the Director in order that such may be in-
rated in the individual files.
