As of this date, student registration in IRRR Course No. 54,
scheduled to take place from 19 April to 7 May 1965, his dropped to
total of three students. Since there is a definite need for train
ins by the three students, we are requesting your permission not to
cancel the course entirely but to change its method of presentation
from the regular three week formal course to a two-week tutorial.
