SUBJECT: Watergate Case - Morning Meeting
Minutes
1. Attached is a copy of an excerpt from the morning
meetinct minutes of 8 July 1971 and a copy of my note of 24 May
1973 to orwa.rding the excerpt to him. Also,
the same excerpt was included in a package of material on the
Watergate Case which was delivered on 18 May 1973 by General
Vernon Walters to Mr. Earl J. Silbert, Principal Assistant
U. S. Attorney for the District of Columbia.
2. The above are the only two instances where OGC
has forwarded or been involved in preparing for forwarding
copies of the morning meeting minutes to individuals (outside
the Agency. We will keep you advised of any additional distri-
bution of such minutes by this office.
