address was requesting
information on how to apply for employment with the CIA. On
6 October 1972 a CIA application form was sent to

mine whether applied
for employment with the Central Intelligence Agency during the past
ten years and, more specifically, whether he applied during the
period November 1971 to July 1972. I would appreciate it if either
you or someone on your staff could supply us with this information,
and, if has applied for employment, if we could ekamine his
file and spea to those individuals who interviewed If
was in fact employed by the Agency, we would like to speak
with those individuals who worked with him.
We may have similar requests in the future, and I would be
happy to consider your suggestions as to the procedure for submitting
