� 1. I have confirmed with John Clarke, Chief, OPPB, that
the OMB team'visiting your area between 19 August and 19 Sep-
tember is not aware of the MHCHAOS program and should not be
made aware of it during the FE Division briefings to be held
in the near future.
2. We are sending a cable through our channels to perti-
nent field stations advising them of the above, and that should
any question concerning MHCHAOS be raised by the OMB team, the
team members should be referred back to Headquarters.
