Dear Mr. LeFrak:
Thank you for your letter of February 8. I am at
a loss as to how to respond to you concerning all the
statements in the clipping you forwarded to me.
I think the best thing I can do is to send you a
statement made by our former Director, Dr. Schlesinger,
before Congress. It now occurs to me that the testimony
of our present Director, Mr. Colby, at his confirmation
hearing might be of interest. Additionally, I am
enclosing a few pamphlets about the Agency which you
might find of interest.
