Senator Baker indicated his requirepi� for a Com- mittee copy of Volume IV,cf1CIA Exhibiti\entitled "Sensitive Information Provided by CIA Orally (Supplement to Volume III 'Documentation Provided by CIA')" consisting of-7-5- pages. 2 . it 1167 It is understood that the document and its contents are sensitive and therefore will be delivered to George Murphy, who serves as Deputy Director and Security Officer for the Joint Committee on Atomic Energy and Acting Security Officer for the Watergate Committee, for custody and care under the previous arrangement with the Joint Committee on Atomic Energy and according to this understanding. � Senator Baker has indicated that he Wishes to interview Robert Bennett and possibly others referred to in the docu- ment referred to hereafter as Volume IV. It is understood that he may use portions of Volume IV as exhibits to executive interviews under oath for the purpose of identifying, confirming or disputing the contents of the documents and that such exhibits will be made part of the executive hearing record.
