SUBJECT : Identity of Military Officer
1. You apparently asked to try to find
the name of the officer who objected to being assigned to Phoenix
activities leading to the 18 May 1970 directive within Phoenix saying
that military officers who objected to policd-type activities, even
though conducted in accordance with the rules of land warfare, could
be relieved of such duties without prejudice to their careers
