This is a follow-up to our 22 December 2004 response concerning your
4 July 2003 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request and subsequent litigation
(Jefferson Morley v. Central Intelligence Agency, Civil Action No. 1: o3CVo2545)
filed 16 December 2003 for records pertaining to George Efythron Joannides.
We indicated in our response that we identified two documents that
required us to consult with another federal agency. The consultation process is
complete and we have determined that the documents may be released in
segregable form with deletions made on the basis of FOIA exemptions (b)(3),
(b)(6), (b)(7)(c), and (b)(7)(e). Copies of the documents are enclosed.
