Dear Coordinator:
Under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. subsection 552, I am
requesting information or records on Rick Yannuzzi one of your former
employees I would like all information pertaining to
the results of any internal investigation conducted by the CIA or any
other agencies regarding the circumstances of his death and any
internal investigations (in which he was involved) being conducted
before his death. Upon his death on April 3, 2001 Rick was the CIA's
deputy national intelligence officer for strategic and nuclear programs.
He was found dead in his home of an apparent suicide.
If there are any fees for searching for, reviewing, or copying the
records, please supply the records without informing me if they do not
exceed $100.00 which I agree to pay.
If you deny all or any part of this request, please cite each specific
exemption you think justifies your refusal to release the information
and notify me of appeal procedures available under the law.
