Dear Allen,
I read in today's New York Times (March 16) the
Salisbury article about Khrushchevle secret talk during
the last Party Congress. Such a talk is very probable
but I don't think Mr. Salisbury gives an accurate account
of it.
I would be extremely interested in reading this talk
if some information about it is available. It may be
quite helpful for the evaluation of important events in
the Soviet Union.
