Dear Mr. Garcia:
This is further to our letter of 1 May 2002 regarding your 30 October
2001 request for records under the provisions of the Freedom of Information
Act (FOIA). Specifically, your request is for:
1. Publication, Title: CIA Maps
2. Publication, Title: CIA's Role in UFO
With regard to Item 2 of your request, please be advised that we
provided you a copy of the document entitled, "CIA's Role in the Study of
UFOS, 1947-90," in our letter to you of 12 April 2002 in response to your
earlier request on the same subject (F-2002-00302).
In response to Item 1 of your request, we conducted a document title
search of our database of previously released material � containing over
500,000 pages of material and we were able to locate one document (MORI
177294) which is enclosed. As stated in our 12 April 2002 letter to you and in
accordance with our fee schedule, as a requester in the "all other" fee category,
the material costs ten cents per page less the first 100 pages. As the document
in question numbers 103 pages, and as an act of administrative discretion, we
have determined that no fees will be charged for this request. A copy of our fee
schedule is enclosed for your information.

Another option is to review the most recent version of CIA Maps and
Publications on the CIA's electronic internet site. This site organizes the maps
and publications by country, and provides the current data and price list for
publications. The access for this site via homepage URL is:
