I request copies of all documents regarding the unfulfilled terrorist operation known as
Project Bojinka This plot involvedilying hijacked pagsenger jets into prominent
buildings in the US, as well as bombing planes and committing assassinations. It was
uncovered in 1995 when authorities in Manila mided The apartment of Ramzi Yousef
(the mastermind of the 1993 WTC bombing). Yousef s accomplice Abdul Hakim
Murat revealed more of the-plat to Philippine intelligencP, who then gave the
information to American intelligence (according to the Washington Post, 23 Sept
2001).
