This acknowledges receipt of your 11 December 2001 letter requesting
information on "... how you build your Sleath [sic] Air Combat planes
would you send some pictures on how to build them or will you send
me a modle [sic] of an C.I.A. airplane." Requests such as yours are
considered under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
For identification purposes we have assigned your request the number

that the Stealth Air Combat planes are operated by the U.S. Air Force. It is
therefore possible that the USAF may be able to provide the information you
