This is in response to your letter to William Burr
dated July 7, 1998, received by us July 16, 1998, which
advised that fees were due on the FOIA request referenced
above.
I have enclosed a check for copying costs in the
amount of $72.50 payable to the Treasurer of the United
States. By this payment, the National Security Archive
reserves its right to appeal this assessment of copying
costs under the fee waiver provisions of the Freedom of
Information Act.
