MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD
SUBJECT : HSCA Request for Access to Golitsyn
1. Kenneth Klein, the HSCA investigator who worked
on the Nosenko case, has asked to interview Golitsyn.
He states that he has information of a confidential
nature that he wishes to discuss with Golitsyn.
2. As, to our knowledge, Golitsyn has no
direct information about the assassination of President
Kennedy it is not obvious on the face of it what
relevance this meeting has to the charter of the HSCA.
Mr. Klein has been told to put his request in writing
with a justification, upon receipt of which the request
will be reviewed.
