On Tuesday, 23 October 1951 SI and H experiments were rried
on in Building 13, Room 20, with

It was decided that some experimentation should again be car-
ried out along the lines of obtaining information from individuals
who were under full SI influence. Ac6ordingly, all present discussed
the matter thoroughly and it was agreed that one of the best possible
