Subject indicated in a letter to the Internationa
War Crimes Tribunal that he did not think that he vi be able to attend
the forthcoming session in Paris, although he promised to attend other
sessions of the Tribunal.
ddbious that Baldwin would actually make an appearance at any of
these sessions.
3. An Associated Press story, dated 26 April 1967 stated that the
Trials, banned from France, would be held in Stockholm, and Subject would
