ask if the visas were ready for the group, in-
cluding
and\ who were traveling to Cuba on
20 December 1973. also advised the Cuban
Embassy that he ha a letter for Manuel CORTINA
Castro from the Venceremos Brigade. CORTINA is
the Third Secretary of the Cuban Embassy and a
known intelligence officer.)

Airlines on 25 December 1973:
2. A sensitive source also reported that Julian TORRES
Rizo, a Cuban intelligence officer responsible for the
Venceremos Brigade and the Instituto de Investigaciones de
Mexico Y Aztlan, arrived in Mexico City on 11 December 1973
from New York City and proceeded to Havana on 14 December
1973.
