SUBJECT: Project ARTICEOKE

1. The last meetings of ARTICHOKE have been general in
character and have contributed little definite information. TSS
is continuing to work on their substances, but have had little
.success with practical testing. �
2. MO has prepared a new set of 'by-laws" for the Committee,
which will include approval of testing of.drues on volunteers among
Agency personnel.
3. I have recommended to MO that in the rewrite of their
constitution they include brain washinr: as part of the respon-
sibilities and activities of the ARTICHOKE Committee. This has
apparently received favorable reaction among the group present.
The new charter is to be sent out within 10 days for study.
