sumed in Moscow this morning follow-

innocence and speaking in tones
more of regret than anger, Peiping
issued a statement this morning
which urges that all fault lies
with the Soviet side.

turned to the conference where they
are pressing hard for a conclave of
world Communist party leaders,

3. .UAR - Saudi a. The UAR clandestine radio,
Arabia Voice of the Arab Nation, has, de-
spite our urgent representations in
Cairo, again broadcast vicious

allowing American Jewish troops to
enter "holy Islamic territory."
b. The International Red Cross
has turned down the Saudi request
for an investigation of Egyptian use
