oust Prime Minister Dia- now apparently
under arrest.
b. The internal situation may be
unsettled for some time, with Dia par-
tisans attempting to stir up unrest.
Senghor, however, seems to hold most
of the cards and may now move to change
the constitution and establish a presi-
dential regime.

new air service to Havana, a somewhat am-
bitious one involving semi-weekly non-stop
flights by TU-114 turbo-props flying a
great-circle 5,500 mile route from Moscow.
