PRINCIPAL DEVELOPMENTS
Another SA-2 missile site has been discovered near
Khe Sanh in South Vietnam. (Page 1)
The USSR's top leaders will engage in personal
diplomacy this spring in an effort to boost detente
with Western Europe. (Page 2)
Panamanian Foreign Ministry officials are pleased
with the outcome of last month's UN Security Council
meeting, but President Torrijos seems concerned that
Panama's tactics may have weakened its bargaining
position on the canal issue. (Page 3)
Yemen (Sana) has passed a report of an imminent
Adeni attack and has appealed to the US for military
aid. (Page 4)
