at the UN, has been informed that
Frondizi is resisting pressures to
break with Cuba and will do so only
if Chile did likewise. Roa has

A. There have been a number of recent instances of East German
interference with or delays of US military trains travelling
to and from Berlin which our Embassy in Bonn sees as falling
into a rudimentary pattern: East German cockiness, wilfull
violation of standing procedures, and inability to obtain
Soviet intervention.

to help the Angolan rebel leader Holden Roberto ship arms

Our Embassy in Taipei thinks that the Chinese Nationalist
premier and foreign minister may both have to go in the
