Communist China - Italy Negotiations for a trade agreement and for opening of a Chinese Communist trade office in Rome may be approach- ing the final stages. A Chinese delegation arrived in Rome yesterday, ostensibly to talk with the pro-Communist Italian Committee for Peace. We believe, however, that one of the delegation members is a trade expert who has been involved in such negotiations in the past. F.
