TERMINATION SECRECY OATH - - -. TALENT CONTROL SYSTEM
I, Joseph Caldwell King , am about to become disassociated
with the TALENT Control System, I realize that, by virtue of my duties with
this program, I have been the recipient of iniormation and intelligence which
concerns the present and future seci.-trity of the United States of America. I
am aware that the unauthorized disclosure of such information is punishable
under the Espionage Laws - Title 18, U. S. Code, Sections 792-797 and the
Internal Security Act of 1950, Section 19, P. L. 831, (81st Congress).
Accordingly, I solemn y swear without mental reservation or purpose of evasion,
and in the absence of duress, as follows:
1. 1 will. never divulge, publish, or reveal by writing, word,
conduct, or otherwise, any information relating to the National
Defense, security and intelligence sources, methods and operations,
as such may be related to TALENT operations, sources, methods,
personnel., fiscal data, or security measures to anyone, including
but not limited to, any future governmental or private employer,
private citizen, or other government employee or official regardless
of the degree or classification of any security clearance such
individual may possess, without the express written consent of the
TALENT Control Officer or his authorized representative.
2. 1 do not have any documents or materials in my possession,
classified or unclassified, which are the property of, or in custodial.
responsibility of the TALENT Control System, having come into
my possession as a result of my duties with the TALENT Control
System, or otherwise.
3. 1 have been a.dviscd.thatin the event-I---am: -called-upon by._..
the properly constituted authorities to testif)0or provide information
which I am pledged hereby not to disclose, I will notify the senior
intelligence officer or his authorized representative of the command
from which I received my TALENT clearance. I will also advise said
authorities of my secrecy commitments to the United States Govern-
ment and will request that my right or need to testify be established
before I am required to do so. I am fully aware that any violation
on my part of certain matters sworn to by me under this- oath may
subject me to prosecution under the Espionage Laws, and that
violation of other portions of this oath are subject to appropriate
action, including such dissemination of the violation as the circum-
stances warrant.

4. I understand that travel
I recognize that prior to
undertaking such travel I will request authorization from the
TALENT Control Officer or TALENT Security Officer responsible
for having obtained my special clearances. This requirement for
prior authorization will remain in effect for a minimum of one
year from the date of execution of this TALENT oath or affirmation.
5. I have read and understand the contents of this oath and voluntarily
affix my signature hereto with the full knowledge that this oath was
executed for the mutual benefit of myself and.the United States
Government, and that it will be retained in the files of the Department
or command with which I am now associated for its future use or
for reference by me at any time in the future that I may be requested
or ordered to testify or disclose any of the matters included wi4' in
tl~e scope of this oath.
