the paper entitled "Record of Events Leading tothe Israeli and
Anglo-French Attacks on Egypt in Late October 1956, which you
forwarded;. to Mr. Helms under date of November 27, 1956. We have
taken this means of making available material in our hands since
we did not think it appropriate to attempt to incorporate it into
the body of your draft.
