Herlihy attended the from,8 Januarv,1958 to 15 April 1958. He was a (b)(3) (b)(6) student in thel (Inspector Course which totaled 560 hours of classroom work. Although this course is no longer given, parts are similar to segments of other courses now given at The courses are described and credit recommendations shown in Attachment A, which contains excerpts from the "1968 Guide to Evaluation of Educational Experiences in the Armed Services", American Council on Education. Attachment B. lists the courses offered in the 0 program and Mr. Herlihy's grade in each. Attachment C is a copy of the certificate issued by the school attended. Mr. Herlihy also participated in an "Arson Investigators Seminar" at from 27 April to 1 May 1959, a 48 hour course.
