John F. Herlihy attended the

given, parts are similar to segments of other courses now

described and credit recommendations shown in Attachment A,
which contains excerpts from the "1968 Guide to Evaluation
of Educational Experiences in the Armed Services", American
Council on Education. Attachment B. lists the courses offered
in the 0 program and Mr. Herlihy's grade in each.
