to a GS-7 against the Night Security Officer slots
classified GS-9. Suggesting a GS-6 does not lend
itself properly to the ne. t step in advancement to the
GS-9 slot, nor does it represent equality in advancement
to other possibilities within the Security Office for
appropriately qualified candidates. It would be very
helpful to us to be permitted to use the progression
indicated above.
