Effective 6 May 2009, I ((henceforth known as "Contractor") has
authorization to initiate work on the project tasking specified in the Statement of
Objectives (SOO) entitled, "Purchase of Top Secret Lounge Sound System" and
dated 18 March 2009 for the purchase of a sound system for the TSL tent, as described
in the SOO. Work shall be performed in accordance with Contractor's proposal dated
from 30 April 2009. This project tasking will be issued as part of Task Order No. 005
under contract and may proceed to a not-to-exceed (NTE) value of
ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT NO.I AND TASK
ORDER 005 ISSUED THEREUNDER, ARE UNCHANGED AS A RESULT OF THIS
ACTION AND REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
