Effective 20 May 2009, TMP Worldwide, Inc. (henceforth known as "Contractor") has
authorization to initiate work on the project tasking specified in the Statement of
Objectives (SOO) entitled, "Television and Radio Advertising for the Middle Eastern
Festivals" and dated 15 May 2009, for media buys on MBN TV & Radio, as described
in the SOO. Work shall be performed in accordance with Contractor's proposal dated 18
May 2009. This project tasking will be issued as part of Task Order No. 013 under
ntrac and may proceed to a not-to-exceed (NTE) value of
ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT NO. AND TASK
ORDER 013 ISSUED THEREUNDER, ARE UNCHANGED AS A RESULT OF THIS
ACTION AND REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
