Effective 18 August 2008 , TMP Worldwide, Inc. (henceforth known as
"Contractor") has authorization to initiate work on the project tasking specified in the
Statement of Objectives (SOO) entitled, "Top Secret Lounge Storage, Maintenance,
Handling, Installation and Removal" and dated 2 July 2008, for the storage,
maintenance, handling, installation and removal of the Top Secret Lounge tent as
described in SOO. Work shall be performed in accordance with Contractor's proposal
dated 17 July 2008. This project tasking will be issued as part of Task Order No. 005
under contract and may proceed to a not-to-exceed (NTE) value of
ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT NO. AND TASK
ORDER 005 ISSUED THEREUNDER, ARE UNCHANGED AS A RESULT OF THIS
ACTION AND REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
