Effective 17 July 08 , TMP Worldwide, tnc. (henceforth known as
"Contractor") has authorization to initiate work on the project tasking specified in the
Statement of Objectives (SOO) entitled, "Development and Production of Waterproof
Signage for "Top Secret" Lounge" and dated 25 Jun 08, for the purchase of plastic wall
coverings and bolster as described in SOO. Work shall be performed in accordance
with Contractor's proposal dated 14 Jul 08. This ro'ect tasking will be issued as part
of Task Order No. 09 under contract and may proceed to a not-to-
exceed (NTE) value of
ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT NO. AND TASK
ORDER XXX ISSUED THEREUNDER, ARE UNCHANGED AS A RESULT OF THIS
ACTION AND REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
