Effective 10 July 08 , TMP Worldwide, Inc. (henceforth known as
"Contractor") has authorization to initiate work on the project tasking specified in the
Statement of Objectives (SOO) entitled, "Reorder of "Top Secret Lounge" Giveaways"
and dated 25 Jun 08, for the purchase of 53,000 "Top Secret Lounge" items as
described in SOO. Work shall be performed in accordance with Contractor's proposal
dated 9 July 08 (Proposal for TO 005 - Giveaway Items). This project tasking will be
issued as part of Task Order No. 09 under contract and may
proceed to a not-to-exceed (NTE) value of
ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT NO. AND TASK
ORDER XXX ISSUED THEREUNDER, ARE UNCHANGED AS A RESULT OF THIS
ACTION AND REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
