As his death is only presumed what is your opinion on whether I should continue to list his name in requests we provide any contacts we might have or gain? I assume we will continue to request information concerning his whereabouts. Could you please check the records and see if any other actions have been taken on the other employees whose files we show as being "open" or "pending further information", that we may not have, Per my POVTE-70-1449 our records indicate the following cases still open. 1, Eugene Debcruln 2, Prasit Promisuwan 3. Prasidhi Traneel 4. Yik Chiu to 5, Ceferino Bautista Nabong and of course, Ampol Chan-Aium Pending further advice from you we will continue to leave the name of Ampol Chan-Aium on the lists now at the US Embassy, as I feel this is the best course to follow.
