I have your recent cable on these cases and if the only problem you
have is whether to request reimbursement of payments made t it
understood why you have failed to file reports in these cases.. The
Bureau's Regulations require that reports be fil.
If there is some security problem or other similar matter which has
influenced you in holding up the reporting of these cases, it is
suggested you advise Mr. McLellan of the situation. Your failure t
respond to th.s various communications from this office is very
annoying.
