This is in response to your 23 November 2009 memorandum (enclosed at Tab A)
in which you referred one document originated by the Department of the Army and
containing CIA information for our review and response to you. Specifically, we refer
to the 3 November 2009 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request of

We determined that there is CIA information in the document that must be
