Report of Specia Review, "Counterterrorism Detention and
Interrogation Activities (September 2001-October 2003)."
The Report focuses primarily on detention and interrogation
activities of the Counterterrorist Center. t does not
cover investigations into the deaths of two detainees in
Iraq those incidents are the subject of
separate investigations being conducted by this office in
coordination with the U.S. military.
