The Executive Order requires me to report to you intelligence activities that I have reason to believe may be unlawful or contrary to Executive Order or Presidential directive. Since my last report for the third quarter, I am not aware of any reportable items. I am, however, submitting three informational items of significant interest. I have no reason to believe that these items constitute any intelligence activities that were unlawful or contrary to Executive Order or Presidential directive.
