This is a final response to your 29 September 2009 Freedom of Information
Act (FOIA) request for records pertaining to "all current Central Intelligence Agency
('CIA') `Records Control Schedules approved by the National Archives and Records
Administration' mentioned in the CIA Privacy Act Systems of Records Notice ('SORN')
published at 70 Fed. Reg. 42,418 (July 25, 2005)." We processed your request in
accordance with the FOIA, 5 U.S.C. ? 552, as amended, and the CIA Information Act,
50 U.S.C. ? 431, as amended. Our processing included a search for records as described
in our 14 October 2009 acceptance letter existing through the date of that letter.
We completed a thorough search for records responsive to your request and located
material that we determined is currently and properly classified and must be denied in its
entirety on the basis of FOIA exemptions (b)(1), (b)(2), and (b)(3). An explanation of
exemptions is enclosed. You may appeal my decision to the Agency Release Panel, in my
