(Five Star Trust is an Isle of Man Trust, assigned IRS Taxpayer Identification The INVOLVEMENT of the above agencies, both individually and collectively, in drug trafficking and laundering money by and through accounts in foreign-based banks under two "Trusts" names FIVE STAR TRUST and UNITED From 1962 to 1975 from operations in the Golden Triangle of Southeast Asia; from 1970 to 1991 in Cental America; and from 1900 to present in Columbia and other South Americai 'countries. 5. This request includes all records.:related tb the attempted laundering of CIA and D drug trafficking funds via: A Japanese CD issued by the MITSUI BANK LTD., Home Office in Tokyo, Japan in the 1970 to 1980 time perid, in the amount of 318 billion Japanese Yen (CD #4051100-92), I am requesting expedited processing of this FOIA request for the following reasons: 1. The primary purpose of this expedited request is the urgent need to "inform the public concering some actual or alleged government activity." 2. The subject of this request "is of widespread and exceptiional media interest and the information sought involves possible questions about the government's integrity which affect public confidence." 3. The FOIA "requires that requests be processed on an expedited basis" for Reason #1, and on an expedited basis for Reason #2 when the qualifying request is made to a component of the Justice Department, This request involves records related to widespread criminal activity by federal officials and it is urgently needed to inform the public. I hereby certify under 28 U.S.C. ?1746 and 18 U.S.C. ?1001 that the foregoing reasons are true and correct, to the best of my knowledge and belief. 23 July 2009 Dear Mr. Pealock: This is a final response to your 21 June 2009 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request received in the office of Information and Privacy Coordinator on I July 2009, for records on: 1. Five Star Trust 2. U.S. Mortgage and Trust Co. Your FOIA request cannot be accepted in its current form, because it would require the Agency to perform an unreasonably burdensome search. The FOIA requires requesters to "reasonably describe" the information they seek so that professional employees familiar with the subject matter can locate responsive information with a reasonable amount of effort. Because of the breadth and lack of specificity of your request, and the way in which our records systems are configured. the Agency cannot conduct a reasonable search for information responsive to your request. We encourage you to refine the scope of your request (such as including a time frame for, and narrower, more specific descriptions of, the it fonnation you seek) to enable us to conduct a reasonable search for responsive information.
