1. The financial arrangements for the implementation
of the subject project have been discussed with Mr. J. D. Durden,
Chief, Accounts and Audit Branch of the Office of the Comptroller,
Signal Corps. It is estimated that this project will cost
approximately $7,500.00 during the 1951 fiscal year, and funds
in this amount have been reserved.
2. It will be appreciated if you will commence the
project upon receiving instructions from Mr. Beatty of this
Agency. Funds. Till be made available for reimbursement to the
Army Pictori~_ ' ice on either a monthly or quarterly basis
through regall1iffiky Finance channels in accordance with the
arrangements = ussed with Mr. Darden.
