CENTRAL EUROPE:
There appears to be traffic routed from Berlin to
Prague to Tallinn Estonia to Guate:aala City. Times and
frequencies have been noted. It would appear that Berlin
is using this method to establish communication with Central
America. Certain characteristics might indicate that it is
Gestapo business.
Germany
As of this morning, there has been considerable
rush traffic between D F C Berlin and 'i A K Kabul Afghanistan.
Some of this traffic were cryptogram to the Skoda works in
Kabul and to the Samati Bank. The Department of Commerce
has no infor ation on a Skoda plant in :abul.

Chilean radio .....ffio between Chile and Peru as
greatly increased, especially between CEA2 in Santiago F,nd
stations in Lima.
