Pursuant to the federal Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. ? 552, 1 request access to
and copies of any and all presently existing documents pertaining to, addressing or
otherwise regarding Great Lakes Trade Adjustment Assistance Center (GLTAAC)
located at 506 E. Liberty Street, 3rd Floor, Ann Arbor, MI 48104-2210, United States of
America.

not to exceed $40. However, please notify me prior to your incurring any expenses in
excess of that amount.
