This is a final response to your 22 January 2009 Freedom of Information Act
(FOIA) request, received in the office of the Information and Privacy Coordinator on
29 January 2009, for "access to and copies of all changes reflecting updates in
leadership, positions, or the spelling of officials' names in the country listings during
the period 25 Apr - 5 May 2008 in the CIA's Chiefs of State and Cabinet Members of
Foreign Governments. "
Please note Agency records released since 1 October 1996 are available on our
website (CIA.GOV), including the subject of your request. The document can be accessed
