2. Background: Thel men listed above were drawn from
a somewhat longer list of potential panel members and were
selected with a view to having a variety of expertise and
viewpoints on strategic weaponry reflected, thus avoiding the
one-sided partisanship that attended the A Team - B Team
exercise last year. I know that three of them are willing to
serve; should any of the remaining three-decline, I wi l l come
back with alternates, along with a non-specialist candidate.
3. Recommendation: That you approve our hiring the six
