The above named officer will proceed on or about 20 November 19414
from present station to a United States airport, thence by indorsement on these
orders to Washington, D.C., for a period of temporary duty with Office of ; tra-
tegic Services, war Department. Upon completion of temporary duty at Washington,
D.C., Lt Lang will report to the proper United States airport for return to this
station.
2. Lt Lang is cautioned against the compromise of classified military
information and is advised of his responsibility in preventing unauthorized
publication of personal-ii_formation of value to 'the enemy. He will cooperate
with authorized and properly identified intelligence officers representing the
United States, both overseas and after arrival in the United States.
3. Node of transportation and baggage allowance authorized:
a. Within Theater and to United States; Aircraft.
b. Within United States: As prescribed by CO, U.S. Port of Arrival*
c. Return to Theater: Aircraft. (APR designation USNA 3-2715-USG-DEC)
d. A baggage allowance of sixty-five (65) pounds is authorized while
traveling by aircraft.
4. Reimbursement will be made in accordance with WD Circular 260 and WD
Circular 356, 1944 except that reimbursement for periods of travel and/or temporary
duty within this theater is not authorized.
5. Reimbursement for expenses incurred will be made to the War Depart-
ment by the Office of Strategic Services.
