This concerns your 9 September 1993 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
request for "a copy of all files in [our] agency that may contain current address
and/or information regarding the whereabouts" of Adnan Khashoggi and
Manucher Ghorbanifar.
On 17 November 1993, you were provided with previously released material
concerning Adnan Khashoggi. We also advised you that we were conducting
searches in our other records systems for documents in existence as of 5 October
1992 on Manucher Ghorbanifar on behalf of an earlier requester. That earlier
request is still being processed.
We wish to assure you that we are still processing your request and, because
we have not corresponded with you recently, we would like to verify that the
address we have on record for you is correct. We also would like to be certain that
you remain interested in receiving the information you requested.
We will continue to process your request. If, however, we do not hear from
you within 45 days from the date of this letter, we will assume that you are no
longer interested in receiving the information requested, and we will stop
processing and close your request.
