Inspector General's report, "CIA Accountability With Respect To The 9/11 Attacks
Please waive any applicable fees. Release of the information is in the public interest because it will
contribute significantly to public understanding of government operations and activities. It is in the public's
best interest to understand what happened on 9/11 and whether or not the CIA is capable of handlis
terrorism issues. More importantly, those who were held to account in this report should be held topecount
by the American public and not remain in their current positions, which ultimately keeps us a nation at risk.
If my request is denied in whole or part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific
exemptions of the act. I will also expect you to release all segrogablo portions of otherwise exempt
material. 1, of course, reserve the right to appeal your decision to withhold any information or to deny a
waiver of fees.
Please provide expedited review because delayed disclosure could threaten life because CIA is still
functioning with the same people who. failed us on 9111 leaving us at risk for future terror attacks. I certify
that these statements regarding expedited review are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and
belief.
